Racine Parental Choice Program


The Racine Parental Choice Program (RPCP), a private school voucher program, was enacted and launched in 2011. The program offers school vouchers to students whose families meet certain income qualifications and are assigned to the Racine Unified school districts. If a student resides in the Racine Unified School District, they may be eligible to apply to the Racine Parental Choice Program (RPCP) for tuition assistance. To meet the income requirements for the program, a student’s family must have an Adjusted Gross Income at or below 300% of the federal poverty level, with an additional $7,000 allowed for a married couple, as illustrated in the table below.
